Thanks For Stopping By

Hi, I’m Gillian, an environmental professional committed to advancing the most impactful solutions to climate change. My story begins in the heart of Silicon Valley, where a high school summer internship researching climate impacts at a biological preserve sparked my interest in a data-driven climate career. Since then, I’ve advanced innovative climate strategies with global touchpoints across the academic, philanthropic, non-profit, and corporate sectors, spanning topics including agriculture and land use; supply chain sustainability; carbon sequestration; clean energy access; and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risk management. While my interests are varied, they’re unified by my bedrock value of cultivating a more resilient relationship between people and the planet.

I recently completed my MBA at Yale School of Management as a Switzer Environmental Fellow, where I focused my studies on opportunities to elevate environmental and social sustainability as a business bottom line. I also hold a B.A. with Honors from Middlebury College in Environmental Studies and Biology, with a minor in Mathematics, and an M.Phil in Forest Ecology and Conservation from the University of Cambridge. At Cambridge, I was a Keasbey Scholar and published peer-reviewed research at the intersection of cutting-edge remote sensing technologies and tropical forest conservation.
